Returns

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. To receive a full refund, the purchased item must be unworn and in original condition and packaging, with the original tags attached. Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts will not be accepted.

To complete a return please email hello@llamitaboutique.com with your Order Number and reason for exchange. Returns must be mailed within 15 days of receiving our return label. Returns mailed more than 15 days after that date will not be accepted.
